We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, and an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet per month. There is a combined weight limit of 100 pounds on 2nd and 3rd-floor homes, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
